Two toddlers are back home safe after they were discovered wandering down a sidewalk in Elsmere this morning. Police say a neighbor spotted the two-year-old and three-year-old around 7 a.m. in the 1200 block of Sycamore Avenue. Police say the kids only made it about five houses from where they lived. Watch police carry the kids home.

Toddlers found wandering in Elsmere
Two toddlers are back home safe after they were discovered wandering down a sidewalk in Elsmere this morning. Police say a neighbor spotted the two-year-old and three-year-old around 7 a.m. in the 1200 block of Sycamore Avenue. Police say the kids only made it about five houses from where they lived. Watch police carry the kids home.
