Bike enthusiasts pedal through Delaware
This week bike enthusiasts pedaled from one end of the state to the other to promote the upcoming Delaware Bike Summit. The summit is scheduled for April 24th at Del Tech Community College's Dover campus. The summit is being held in an effort to bring more bicycling opportunities to the First State. The event is free and open to the public.

Speed enforcement blitz
Delaware State Police are in the midst of a speed enforcement blitz. The enforcement campaign is throughout the month of April, and troopers are cracking down this holiday weekend. Watch officers clock speeders and issue tickets. Officials say speed is the number one factor in highway fatalities in Delaware.

Forbes accepts award at Hotel DuPont
Magazine publisher, Steve Forbes is the latest recipient of Delaware's Republican Party's Pete du Pont Individual Freedom Award given last night at the Hotel DuPont. Forbes spoke before a packed ballroom and gave an economic lesson to the crowd. Listen to Forbes blame the government for the country's financial crisis.

Caught on tape

Bishop visits Wilmington
The leader of nearly 2.5 Episcopalians visited Wilmington for the first time today. Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori attended a special service at the Cathedral Church of St. John where priests, deacons and laity renewed their vows.

State employees grill Gov. Markell
