Lawsuit filed over UD student's death

The family of 18-year-old Brett Griffin, a University of Delaware freshman who died in November, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the fraternity Sigma Alpha Mu and five students. Tropper charged with sexual extortion

Joshua Giddings, 36, is a seven year veteran patrol trooper. Police say DNA linked Giddings to the incident. Delaware State Police say they plan to dismiss Giddings from the force.
