Republican candidate Joe Booth was stood up last night at a planned debate against Democrat Eddy Parker in Millsboro. Parker dropped out of a special election campaign just before the debate.The special election is scheduled for August 3rd to fill the vacated senate seat of the late Thurman Adams.
