This week bike enthusiasts pedaled from one end of the state to the other to promote the upcoming Delaware Bike Summit. The summit is scheduled for April 24th at Del Tech Community College's Dover campus. The summit is being held in an effort to bring more bicycling opportunities to the First State. The event is free and open to the public.
