Recovery efforts continued today for the second missing kayaker identified as Reverend Chad Miller of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Wilmington. Miller and his brother, Chris went kayaking on the Brandywine Creek Tuesday. Chris Miller's body was recovered a short time after the accident. Hear from police and an experienced kayaker.
