A New Castle man has been charged with DUI after striking a pedestrian last night in Ogletown. Police say Mark Platt, 50, was pulling out of Harmony Plaza when he drove in the wrong direction on Del. 4. and struck the man. Police arrested Platt on the scene. The victim is in stable condition.

Driver charged with DUI in pedestrian crash
