The teen who was shot in the back after a high school basketball game at William Penn High School in January talks to us with his mother about not being allowed to return to school. Hear what the mother and her son have to say. Colonial School District officials will not let the teen return to school with fear that the shooting was in retaliation of a conflict and the shooter may come looking for him. The teen is being home schooled. No arrests have been made.
