A Philadelphia man and a Delaware associate have been sentence
d for their roles in the 2006 slaying of Kevin Rafferty in Claymont. A jury found Kevin J. Robinson, 22, guilty in April of the robbery and murder of 29-year-old Rafferty during an apparent drug deal. Find out more.
