Partial home collapse in Wilmington

One person was injured and 21 people evacuated after part of a home collapsed in Wilmington this morning. Watch inspectors on the scene in the 400 block of E. 2nd St.

Prosecutors: no appeal

Prosecutors with the Delaware Attorney General's office announced they will not appeal a judge's ruling to dismiss murder charges against a former Delaware State University student who is accused of shooting and killing a 17-year-old student nearly two years ago. Morning crash injures 1

An early morning crash involving a tractor-trailer on U.S. 13 near Christiana left one person injured. Watch emergency crews on the scene. The victim, the truck's driver was trapped for about an hour.

Medical marijuana bill introduced

Hear from a Delaware lawmaker and advocate for legalizing marijuana for medical use in the First State. Sen. Margaret Rose Henry introduced Senate Bill 94 which would allow patients to have up to 6 ounces of marijuana.

Crash kills Hockessin man

Today authorities identified the man killed in Monday's single-vehicle crash as Larry D. Greer, 44 of Hockessin. Police say Greer died after losing control of his truck as he pulled out of his development onto Mill Creek Road. Investigators say alcohol was likely a factor.

Police investigate shooting

Wilmington police are searching for two men they say are connected to a shooting late Sunday night. Watch investigators on the scene, in a parking lot outside the Dorset Condominiums in the 1300 block of N. Harrison Street.

Dover pauses for Memorial Day
