The Delaware National Guard hosted its 26th annual Prayer Breakfast this morning in Newark. Watch troops and local dignitaries reflect on their freedom and fellow troops overseas. This year's guest speaker ws Father Robert Marciano, the Chief of the Air National Guard Chaplain Corps.
